The 14 luxury homes are arranged around a private cul-de-sac entered from Benson Road. There are three distinct parts to the development – the three standalone houses that run alongside the entry driveway; the four townhouses at the crest of the site; and the seven houses oriented around the end of the cul-de-sac.

While the modern palette of metal cladding, weatherboards, flat sheet and vertical timber cladding is consistent throughout the exteriors, materiality has been used to define the three zones. The dark metal cladding on the first floor of the three homes on the driveway creates a stark contrast to the white weatherboard design around the cul-de-sac.

Ingram Architecture have designed a collection of gracious homes with features such as internal garaging, powder room, study, master ensuite and walk-in-robe, large laundry and ample storage.
The generous interiors are enhanced by quality materials and fittings including large glass sliders and frameless glass balustrades – some of which look out across the Waitemata Harbour.
Trinity have delivered another stunning example of refined design in 45 Benson, pairing the warmth and texture of timber with white and grey tones. Clean lines and modern detailing in the kitchens and bathrooms set the tone for mature living spaces fitting of the top location.

The homes at 45 Benson feature large kitchens with islands, available in two distinct colour ways. The first sets dark grey timber cabinetry against a grey stone benchtop and walnut floors; the second pairs white lacquer cabinetry with a grey stone benchtop and light timber island.
Sophisticated detailing such as shark nose recessed handles on the drawers and molded vertical timber handles on the cupboards create a timeless aesthetic that will suit décor of any era. The understated track lighting provides functional task lighting and interest to the ceiling without competing with the simple, elegant form below.

Trinity Interior Design have created a beautiful set of bathrooms, ensuites and powder rooms – each with its own materiality but all sharing the same gunmetal tapware. The fully-tiled main bathroom includes a full-sized bath and large shower, each with its own niche.
